Return Policy

My beads are available for immediate purchase.
I sell on a first come, first served basis, and will mark items sold as soon as possible.
Simply send me an email to place an order or ask questions.

As a self-representing artist, all my beads are hand made by me in my home studio in central Indiana.
Every bead is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength & durability.

Sorry, no new beads.

How to Order

It's easy!
Simply call Cathy Brown Designs at 317-340-6108 or email cathybrowndesigns to place your order.
I developed this website myself so it's as plain as it gets, meaning no shopping cart.
Besides, I love talking to my customers!
(I accept check, money order, paypal and most credit cards.)

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisified with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased
within 14 days of the purchase date. I cannot offer a refund for custom made pieces that have been personalized just for you.
I will, however, make every effort to correct anything you don't like about your custom piece.
There is no refund on shipping/postage fees.

3-step return procedure

1. Return notification

please call Cathy Brown Designs at 317-340-6108, or email cathybrowndesigns to notify me of the return

2. Ship the item back to Cathy Brown Designs

package the unworn item(s) in its original condition and in its original box
include a copy of the sales receipt
include your name, address, phone and email information so that I may contact you
reason for your return - this is optional, but very much appreciated as I strive to provide the best possible service & product for my customers
use a padded envelope or box to make your return to prevent damage during shipping
please insure your package for its full retail value and use a method of shipping to track your return as I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping
mail the package to the address I will provide during return notification.

3. Receive/Inspect/Refund the returned item

upon receiving the item, I will inspect it to verify that it is in its original condition
I will refund the total purchase price to you in the form of a check made out to the name you provided in the return package and mailed to the address you provided in the return package
there is no refund for items that are not in their original condition (the item will be returned to you)
there is no refund on shipping & handling charges
there is no refund on postage expenses incurred to ship a returned item
